I am the Scriptwriter and part of the concept development team on this campaign that was nominated for an International Advertising Award for 'Best Local Public Service Campaign'.


Our client is all municipalities in Denmark, united in the Safe Days campaign, a multi-platform traffic safety campaign aimed at teenagers. At the heart of Safe Days is a touring event that visits participating schools all over Denmark. We were commissioned to create a film to kick off each event. 

Our goal was to balance seriousness and humour while appealing to both cautious school boards and careless teenagers. The result is an upbeat mash-up style, mixing various visual methods, exaggerating the accusatory tone, which made the teenagers both laugh and listen.
