THIRD MAN RECORDS: GRAPHIC DESIGN CONTEST

The pitch issued by Jack White's label Third Man Records was to create an image that combined the face of the contestant with an elephant, as part of a competition to win access to an exclusive Death From Above 1979 concert at Third Man Records in Nashville, Tennessee. Since I wouldn't be able to attend the show, I decided to help my friend and local Nashvillian, Sarah.

I used the pink colour from DFA1979's debut album "You're A Woman, I'm A Machine" and turned Sarah into this horrific, scientific abomination. My design was judged by Third Man Records' in-house graphic designers and won.
